When you are tired it is very hard to concentrate. Being
tired sucks when you are trying to accomplish something. Lets start with why
people are tired. There are many reasons why someone could be tired. Mostly
from not enough sleep the night before. You are either fighting with your
boyfriend or parents or had too much homework to do that you stayed up doing it
all night, or even just couldn’t fall asleep. Here are some things you can do
to manage your sleep schedule better to make sure you get enough sleep at night
time. First you can drink some sleepy time tea, add some honey to it, and just
a little bit of sugar and you will be out like a light. Another thing you can
do is turn off your phone at a certain time every night. Even if you are
fighting with someone just tell them goodnight and turn your phone off, turn
the lights off, drink some of that tea, listen to soothing music, or even your favorite
band and you’ll be all tired and fall asleep very easily. Sometimes even
lighting a delicious smelling candle or incenses
will help you fall asleep much faster. Sometimes you get too much sleep at
night and you get tired from sleeping too long. Even though I love sleeping,
and it’s the best feeling ever sometimes its not the best thing to do. Try to
go to sleep at the same time every night and set an alarm so you don’t over
sleep. But make sure some nights over the week you can spoil yourself rotten
and sleep in as long as you want. That’s pretty much called the weekends,
unless you work early in the morning. Then you might become sleep deprived. In
my opinion, sleep is very important and make sure you get the right amount so
you aren’t all tired and cranky.
